  • Concentrated whey is mixed during the liquid phase with vegetable fats or vegetable proteins according to the needs and specifications of our customers. It is then dryed by one of our 6 towers.
  • High pressure homogenization during liquid phase gives the opportunity to obtain fats which meet the needs of world food industry manufacturers
    - fats fully and thinly homogenized
    - a coating and protection of fat thanks to whey protein
    - a high fluidity powder with up to 80% of vegetable fats
